Highly motivated, I like to work in a collaborative manner, driving an 'inside to outside' sales mindset, removing barriers, leveraging stakeholder groups and creating a level of self awareness across individuals and teams that hopefully drives constant improvement and accountability. Areas of interest include; EQ in sales and the impact on 'team', creating sales momentum, building internal alliances and fostering a strong team culture.
Family, friends, sports and when time allows, supporting some charitable causes helps to hit the right balance, most of the time!
